This Return & Refund Policy governs all payments made on CarsDirect.lk, operated by Esskay Ventures (Pvt) Ltd.

1. Subscription Services

CarsDirect.lk provides subscription-based access to vehicle listings. By purchasing a subscription plan, the user agrees to the following:

  • All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once access to the service has been granted.
  • Access is deemed activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • No refunds shall be issued for partial usage, unused periods, change of mind, or incorrect plan selection.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to review and select the appropriate subscription plan prior to making payment.

2. Local Listing Services

CarsDirect.lk facilitates paid listing services for vehicles uploaded by sellers.

  • All payments made for listing or promoting vehicles are final and non-refundable once the listing is published or activated on the platform.
  • CarsDirect.lk shall not be liable for errors made by users, including but not limited to incorrect information, duplicate listings, or selection of inappropriate listing packages.
  • Users are solely responsible for verifying all details prior to confirming payment.

3. Limitation of Liability

CarsDirect.lk provides access to vehicle listings and related services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of its services.

4. Exceptions and Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments resulting from technical errors
  • Unauthorized or incorrect charges verified by CarsDirect.lk

All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of CarsDirect.lk.
